What we collect

When you request a booking we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, street address, city and ZIP code, vehicle, preferred date and time, interior condition, any notes, and your email if you choose to give one. We ask for nothing more than we need to schedule and carry out the service. If you leave a review, we collect your first name, rating and review. Your review appears on our Reviews page with your first name only, after you agree to it on the form. Last names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses and links are removed automatically before anything is shown. To have a review removed, call or text 810-278-4148.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about your request, confirm your appointment, travel to your vehicle and complete the service. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Your request is received through our website host, Cloudflare, passed to our form service, Netlify, and delivered to the Royal Detailings email inbox (a Google Gmail account). Reviews are stored with Cloudflare. Those services process your details only to deliver them to us. Only the Royal Detailings owners can see requests.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as we need it to schedule and carry out your service and for our own records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by calling 810-278-4148.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools, so there is no cookie banner to accept.

Third-party content

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so when a page loads your browser may send your IP address to Google. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested). Our TikTok, Instagram and Facebook links take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
